Once the design details are finalized, we schedule an appointment to take precise dental impressions. These impressions allow us to create a custom mold of your teeth, ensuring a perfect and comfortable fit for your grillz.
After the dental impressions are taken, our talented team of jewelers and artisans begins working on the custom fabrication of your grillz. Depending on the complexity of the design and materials used, this process can take up to two weeks to complete.
Once the grillz is manufactured, it goes through meticulous finishing stages to ensure its quality and aesthetics. Once everything is perfect, we contact you to schedule the delivery or in-store pickup of your personalized grillz.
